Relaxing stay with lovely amenities
I truly enjoyed the spaciousness and elegance of my room, as well as the quality of the bathroom amenities. The lobby's charm, with its decorative orchids, made for a pleasant first impression. However, I found the parking situation quite frustrating, with only compact spots available that made it difficult to maneuver. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but this aspect certainly impacted my stay.

The lobby was stunning and really set the mood for our stay. The staff was helpful, like that one guy who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still tolerable.

Had an amazing one-night stay in a Superior Guest Room King Bed. The pool area was small but very pleasant for a quick dip, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room. However, the lobby looked better in photos, which was slightly disappointing.

We stayed here as a family of four, and the kids loved the outdoor pool! It was great to spend some time soaking up the sun while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect for heading to the Rose Bowl to catch a game.
My wife says that the rooms could be more spacious for families, especially with all our stuff.

Clean bed and courteous staff, but had trouble with customer service responses.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25elegant atmosphereclean fitnessconfusing parking
The fitness center features clean equipment and ample space for workouts, catering well to those in need of a good exercise routine. The lobby's impressive wooden lattice arches and elegant wrought-iron chandeliers create a welcoming atmosphere that feels unique and stylish.
The bathroom layout is cramped, making showering in a tub uncomfortable, while the persistent pulsing noise from the room next door detracted from relaxation. The absence of on-room floor beverage machines meant I had to rely on the gift shop, which was often closed. Additionally, I found the parking situation confusing, with rising valet fees that felt a bit too steep for my liking.
